::)IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE STILL SOME FOLKS THAT WILL SAY MERRYCHRISTMAS instead of happy holidays. FACT is WITH OUT CHRIST, there would be no CHRISTMAS. A lot of things offends people. like I wear a hat with a rebel decal. Some folk don't like it. I don't like it when an x is put where CHRIST is suppose to be. Man has tried to change how the world was formed. how man was formed. even tried to change what sex they were to start with. There is little difference between a man and a women. Man has tried to delete every thing about CHRIST. but one thing he has not been able to do and that is to stop death.Oh well this is my believe.

I realize I may be just talking to a brick wall, but two things:
1. The use of "xmas" instead of Christmas is not lazy or meant to show disrespect. The use of the letter X as an abbreviation for Christ has been around for hundreds of years. Christmas being an abbreviation itself for "Christ's Mass" .....and do I need to get into the fact that English isn't the oldest NOR THE ONLY language used in the world?!
2. While "Happy Holidays" may be used for a variety of reasons also, do not forget that there are more holidays than Christmas during this time of year (New Years, Hanukkah, Three Kings Day, etc.....). ....and let's not get into the historical roots of transformed Pagan rituals that we consider 'Christmas Traditions'!
Let's not be closed minded. The world needs more knowledge, tolerance, respect, and love for one another. After all, THAT is what Jesus (any any other ALL powerful, ALL knowing, ALL good God) would do.
